CAP Announces Three Field Trips

CAP announces three upcoming field trips for the Spring and Summer.

1. A trip to the Philadelphia Area for May 3-6, 2012
2. A one-day trip to the Elizabeth Park Rose Gardens for June 2, 2012
3. A combination field trip and Sunday Brunch Buffet for Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012

CAP Announces Results of CT Invitational Salon

Every two years CAP conducts a competition for its camera club members in digital slides and prints. Each club may enter 6 images in each category which are then judged. This year the judging was postponed from Fall 2011 to Jan. 14, 2012, because of an early season snow storm.

CAP Announces Spring Dinner and Program

CAP will hold its Spring 2012 dinner and seminar on April 28, 2012, at the Hawthorne Inn, 2421 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, CT  06037. The program, which will be presented at 5:00 p.m. before the dinner, is entitled Bloomin Ideas presented by Denise Ippolito.

In connection with the dinner presentation, Denise will also present two seminars: the first on HDR photography which will take place on Saturday morning, April 28 on the campus of Yale University; the second will be on flower photography which will take place on Sunday morning, April 29, in Elizabeth Park in Hartford.
